International Orders
What are
the requirements for
exporting reloading
components (bullets
and brass)?
An Export
License is required to
ship bullets and brass
out of the US.
All export license
applications require a
signed purchase order.
A completed purchase
order can be
downloaded during
checkout. Some
countries require
import certificates or
permits.
For more specific
details on
international orders
see our International
Orders page and
select the country
that you reside in.
How long does
it take to get an
export license?
The whole process can take up to 6-8 weeks. The time required to process an export license varies by country.
How long is
the export license
valid?
Up to 4 years,
depending on country.
The life of a license
depends on the life of
the import
certificate/permit.
Export licenses in
Canada are valid for 1
year and Australia 6
months. Countries that
do not issue import
certificates or
require import permits
are valid for 4 years.
How much does
the export license
cost?
An export license is free, however, we do charge an export fee on special
order items that we do not stock. Export fees
are a not refundable.
Am I
required to get an
export license for
each order?
No. You can
include multiple
orders on 1 export
license. Each order is
paid and shipped
separately. No
additional paperwork
is necessary. For
example, if you have a
$1,000 license, you
could place 4 $250
orders. Once
everything on the
license is shipped a
new license is
required. Only the
items on the export
license can be
shipped. Once the
export license
application is issued
no substitutions can
be made.
Is an export
license required for
reloading equipment?
No. Reloading
equipment can be
shipped without a
license. Export
licenses are required
for bullets, brass,
firearms, firearm
parts, and many
firearm accessories.
We will inform you if
your order requires an
export license.
Do you
sell primers and
powder?
We are working to add these to our inventory and sell them more frequently as they become available.
Payment
What form
of payment do you
accept?
We accept
credit card payments,
Western Union,
MoneyGram, or
check/money orders in
USD.
If I place
large order can I have
boxes shipped in
intervals?
Yes, you can have the order shipped in intervals of your choice. For example, a $1000 order can be shipped in 4 separate $250 orders.
Shipping
How are
orders shipped?
The vast majority of domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail flat rate boxes as it is the most economical way to ship. USPS does track these types of shipments domestically fairly well, however, when shipped internationally, once the packages leaves the U.S. tracking is no longer reliable. Please do not contact us and ask "where is my package?" until at least 25 days after the shipping date as we do not have any better tracking info than you do. When you order items that may be very heavy or bulky and exceed the weight limits of USPS flat rate boxes, we may contact you with other shipping options that may be more efficient such as Express Mail, FEDEX, or air freight.
Can I place orders for out of stock items?
No, we are currently
not accepting back
orders.
Will I be charged shipping for my back ordered items?
We are currently not accepting back orders.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders will arrive within 2 to 5 workdays after shipping. Average delivery time for international orders is approximately 10 - 21 days for Priority Mail and 7 to 14 days for Express mail. However, delivery time is dependent on how fast the parcel clears customs and other international conditions. Tracking for USPS shipped international packages is unreliable and may not be updated once the package leaves the U.S. Please do not contact us and ask "where is my package?" until at least 25 days after the shipping date as we do not have any better tracking info than you do.
